[filmscanners] Re: Inexpensive 3600DPI Scanners?

The Prime has been reviewed a few times in the UK and it gets a good review.
Not just as sharp as the Nikon IV or the Minolta Elite II but a good deal
less expensive. No ICE.

Subject: [filmscanners] Inexpensive 3600DPI Scanners?

The school I teach at is looking for affordable 35mm film scanners.
Our SS4000 has gone balky. Anyone have experience with the under $500
PrimeFilm/SmartScan 3600DPI scanners? What software comes with?
Silverfast or Vuescan support? Any other options?
