For your needs and price range, the 3200 is pretty much the only option. It
handles up to 4x5 (inches) without problem.

Since you are scanning 6x7 and larger, you should find the 3200 more than
adequate for prints up to 12x16 (A3). For prints larger than that, personal
fussiness will come into play. I found the 2450 inadequate for 645, but the
3200 is a tad sharper and you've got more film area.
