Re Photoshop Elements 1 and 2 and upgrades

In the USA, they gave you a rebate if you got 2 and already had one. In
Japan they had vs 2 and an upgrade verison which was £30 cheaper. I
contacted them in England and they said they don't do upgrades unless it's
for the full Photoshop programme. I replied about what I had seen in Japan,
they didn't.

I guess it's a policy of what one market will tolerate and what another
market won't. Oblivouly the American and Japanese markets are more important
then us English on our little island. Funnny, as the Japanese never make a
fuss about anything so why they get a upgrade verison is really beyond me.
