Hi,

I have a Canon FS4000 scanner and when I scan slides film (Provia 100F,
Sensia and Kodachromes) the colours always come out really really dull. When
i have like a vibrant green grass in the slides they come out as a dull grey
green in the scans for example. I've tried using Vuescan and canon software
and dont seem to be able to fix the probem, does any one have any ideas?

Also when scanning slides with Vuescan or the Canon software i seem to get
clipped highlights, when i look at the slide there is definately detail in
the highlights, but when i scan them the highlights look blown.

Any assitance appreciated.

Regards,
Paul
