Windows XP comes with a simple version of that built right into the default
image viewer.

If your computer is a PC, I recommend LView Pro's slide
show feature. You can download this shareware application
from http://mlmstartup.com/soft.htm

In addition to keying the next image, the program can
do it automatically for you after you tell it how many
seconds to display.
