[filmscanners] SCSI support on a Mac Pro

I currently am using my Polaroid SprintScan 4000 on a Windows computer with an
installed SCSI card.

I am about to buy a new eight-core Mac Pro. Is it possible to run the SCSI
sprintscan on a new Mac machine? Are there adapters now to allow SCSI devices
to connect to USB or FireWire ports?

Suggestions?

Stan
