[filmscanners] Re: CD Labeling and alcohol



I'd assume these are CD-Rs manufactured to standard, with a lacquer
coating first, and then the white surface is applied on top of the
lacquer.  Of course, that does add yet another mitigating factor in how
the disk responds to aging, so who knows.
