[filmscanners] DYNAMIC RANGE! beats the socks off PING

There was once a time when the interminable diatribes about
truth, beauty, and the finer details and interpretations of
DYNAMIC RANGE were frustrating to me.

I've changed since then. Now I know that I can posit something
in this realm that Austin may object to and, voila, I can determine
if the internet is still functioning.

Maybe I can enlist some network engineers to use this DYNAMIC
RANGE TRUTH UTILITY to measure network bandwidth.

Now I need to go work on my e-mail filters.

Cheers,
JimD
