[filmscanners] Re: OT. Monitor blues with big blue

Paul

Thank you for the reply

The Colorvision software seems to need to find the monitor "name" when it
prepares to save the prifile. I get a message <Can,t get monitor name
(EnumDeviceInfo)>

followed by another message

Sorry There was a problem getting the Monitor name (GetPrimary Monitor
Name)>

then a message

<The profile has been saved as (whatever I named the profile)
winnt/system32/spool/driver/color/(whatever I named the profile).

After that the aformentioned file is nowhere to be found on my system.

Colorvision told me to go to IBM, IBM cant even provide a outdated driver
(inf.file) I even asked colorvision if there was a way to fool the software
into using a generic file (as you mentioned)

Kindest regards

Chris Bangs

and set as the default moniter
