I've only got an elderly version here, and I don't find it helpful for
negs. Later versions are allegedly much better.

The trick with negs is figuring out the best route of several possible, to
fix whatever problem there is. Pick the wrong one and you end up in a mess.
This still happens to me frequently, the history list is a wonderful
thing...  :)

Coping with them is mostly about learning to correctly identify flaws so
you know which tools to use, and in which order.
