[filmscanners] Nikonscan lo-contrast modes, was VueScan FIY

Ralf, the lo-contrast neutral mode disappeared with the scanner, not the
software.  I correct you only because this has generated lots of discussion
once before and was a bit confusing.  I use my LS2000 with NS 3.1.2 and
"lo-contrast neutral' is still available.

I wrote to Nikon reps in Australia and US trying to discover how the new
scanners coped with this problem and why low contrast modes were removed
and (surprise!) never got a usable answer.
