i have same scanner with windows. i have no green cast with slides or
anything. i had trouble hooking it up in beginning and had to reach level 2
(upstairs) also. they certainly are not very available but i could get
through. NIKON SHOULD IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. JOANNA
