Thanks for the input.  I was using v7.1.14.  Upgraded to .17 and the
improvement is VAST.

BTW -- the generic film settings worked minimally better than the
Kodak/Royal/100 Gen 2 setting.

Thanks again for helping me use my favorite piece of software!
