filmscanners: Ed recants!

Ed has (thankfully) changed his mind, according to his site right now.

"However, it didn't save me any time since I immediately
got many hundreds 
of e-mails from Mac users asking me to continue selling VueScan.  Most of 
the e-mails were from
Mac OS users who had never even used VueScan 
before.
A few were quite rude, most were very polite.

I also got an e-mail a vendor of a FireWire
to SCSI converter that made me 
change my mind.
They were depending on FireWIre->SCSI scanner support
on 
Mac OS 8/9/X for revenues, and the program manager
told me he'd have to lay 
two people off if I
dropped Mac OS support in VueScan.

If you're a Mac OS user, please stop e-mailing me about this.
You win, I 
give up.  I'll continue releasing VueScan for Mac OS 8/9/X,
and in return, 
please stop clogging my e-mail ."
