Provided you can establish that it is your image and when you created it.

Yeah, ok, I'll buy it.  Frankly I don't think it matters hugely but I just
glanced at the copyright notices in a couple of books and that's the pattern
they used.  I just wrote what sounded logical to me.


PS Ah, heck, do I really have to recreate all those jpegs? :(
