Tell her to change her eye shadow, I think ;)

Actually, I think this is signature CCD noise (look at the individual 
channel histograms), and has probably been worsened by the strong blue 
bias (=weak R & G) in the original. I can't find an easy way to get rid of 
it without making something else worse.
