I've not managed to get PEC-12 in UK, though it's legendary. However I am 
unimpressed with other film cleaners I've tried (Kodak, Tetenal, CJP) they all 
seem to leave a smeary film. Last resort only IMO, for fingerprints etc - 
rewashing and careful air-drying after wetting agent seems safer. Tetenal 
Drysonal can speed up the drying process if necessary.
