Another quick comment.  Make sure this "dust" is of the removable type 
(that it is just sitting on the surface, and can be taken off).  Some 
"dust" can be dirt and dust from the processing, which means it is 
imbedded into the emulsion... if that is happening, time for a new 
processor, and a few very 'clear" words to the techs just before you leave.
