[filmscanners] Re: PS Elements 2.0 & upgrading to Photoshop CS

It would seem that this offer is only available to Microtek customers
who received Photoshop Elements as an inclusion to their software bundle
when they purchased a Microtek scanner. Based upon that, most Photoshop
Elements owners would not have access to this offer. But nice to know
that Microtek bundles including P.E. can be upgraded for $299 US.
