[filmscanners] ADMIN: digicams verdict

Responses received indicate no demand for a separate digicam list, and no
great wish to see digicams made a legitmate subject of discussion here.

Most were adamant that they preferred this list to stay firmly centred on
filmscanning, and with fewer OT diversions if possible.

Therefore the list charter remains unchanged, and there is no new list.

Whilst I intend continuing with a relaxed (=lazy:) policy with respect to
related topics, including relevant and self-disciplined discussion of
digiicams, please resist the temptation to prolong OT threads. Replies
should go via private email if you must.
