Well, the Matorx G4xx cards are great - dualhead and all, but
Matrox have introduced something much better in their
Parhelia card. It has extremely good reports RE DAC quality
and can do 3 displays (excellent of Photoshop work). More
importantly, it can do 'gigacolor' - 10 bits per RGB channel
at the DAC. Again, phgotoshop supports this. A big improvement
for working on digital images.

And sorry - Macs dont have this yet.

Please also remember, the latest Mac is only a basic PC
with an operating system on top, and OSX is really a very
good GUI on a Unix OS underneath.
