Yes. It's called a Macintosh.

Take a new G4, right off the shelf, max out the ram (2 GB); if you like, add 
another 80 -
120 GB hard drive dedicated to your digital darkroom files, and maybe - pure 
luxury - a
small flat screen LCD as a Photoshop palette monitor, and you're in business, 
first class.

I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would use a Windows machine 
for any kind
of graphics use.
