[filmscanners] Re: Polaroid Sprint Scan 4000



We're still here, it's just that we're having no issues at all with our
trouble-free SS4000's  ;-)   The fact that mine is packed away while a
nearby floor is sanded is only slightly relevant.  But seriously, after a
couple of trivial set-up things, it's done its job perfectly for nearly a
year now.  My only concern is to pick up a couple spare slide & negative
carriers just in case Polaroid's troubles make them unavailable in the
future.  The problems people report seem to be mostly scanner recognition
with certain OS's.
