[filmscanners] ADMIN: Server distribution delays

Sorry that there are at present frequent delays in distributing list mail.

This is due to a large number of intercepted virus-carrying mails being
sent to the list from a variety of sources. There are 2 levels of AV
protection apart from the fact that the listserver will only accept mail
from subscribers, and THERE IS NO DANGER THAT INFECTED MAIL WILL BE
DISTRIBUTED. (About 60 successfully trapped in the past week, none
distributed).

However infected mail that gets through the first level can cause the
listserver to suspend processing until I have manually intervened to tell
it what to do, and I can't sit by the screen 24/7.
