This is moving up the list, and is getting near the top.  The fix
will help both the FS4000 and the ScanWit 2740S.

I'm planning on trying a +- 16 pixel shift of the infrared data
in both the X and Y directions, and using the shift that has
the best correlation between the RGB and infrared.

I first need to fix some problems with the Scan Dual II that I
apparently introduced when I added support for the
Scan Elite II (they share the same code since they're
almost identical).
