filmscanners: A pause button for VueScan

I find that Vuescan completely soaks up the processing power of my PC when
it's running. If I need to do anything else during a batch scan, I find
that I have to abort the scan, do the other job and then find where Vuescan
had got to so I can set it off again.

Is there any chance of a "Pause / Resume" button Ed ? Ideally, I would
like the choice of an immediate pause, or one at the end of the current
frame after memory is released.
