What's the problem? There's a folder called SilverFast (Polaroid) in ....
Adobe Photoshop -> Plug-Ins -> Import/Export
all you need to do is delete it! Or is this another PC problem?

Because the data for the calibration is the SilverFast folder which you
replace when doing an upgrade
