That's odd, but interesting. I wonder why they did it that way?In my version
of PS-LE, entering anything but a whole number in the Rotate requestor box
gets an error message. Micrografx Picture Publisher 8, OTOH, indicates
"0.00" (hundredths) from the git-go.
