When I mentioned to the Epson rep at Comdex that the names of the papers 
were ridiculously confusing, he looked at me like I was from another 
planet, but fortunately 3 people standing nearby all said "yeah, 
exactly" almost in unison after I made this statement.  The rep made a 
note in his book after that.  (Probably said: don't let too many people 
cluster together, they may develop strangely similar complaints ;-))
