К сожаление в архиве листа не нашел похожую проблему.

80 порт - backend, 8888 - frontend(mod_accel)

mod_accel добавляет порт 8888 в Location: при этом 
упоминания о ftp.domain.ru в конфигурации нет, это другой
сервер. Выделено >>>

Баг или мои кривые ручки?
