Do you know if it is possible to get hold of (and install) firmware
upgrade to ArtixScan 4000tf?
I have mailed support@microtek.de, but they don't answer at all!
I heard that the current firmware version is 1.70, but I have only 1.51.
I have Mac OS X version 10.3.9.
Although the scanner still works, it sometimes happens that it misses
focus, or that the calibration tables comes in wrong, or slightly
inconsistent brightness/color between scans, so I am hoping that a
firmware upgrade might perhaps help.
