actually Paul, it is a conspiracy.  Tony and a cabal of co-conspirators are
not letting them unsubscribe.  They are deliberately preventing them from
unsubscribing as punishment and for the joy of watching them suffer and
complain. :-)

I think the unsubscribe function is just slow. In the meantime, just keep
deleting the messages. It will "take" eventually.
