I have the scuba tanks and access to a compressor to refill them :-) .  I still 
use a small
airbrush compressor with a foot switch for blowing dust off slides.  I didn't 
want a big
blast or large volume of air, but a fine jet of air and use a small hyperdermic 
needle
base (the plastic bit with the needle removed).  Very controllable and it 
doesn't seem
as likely to damage the film as a big powerful blast of air.
