[Nikon LS-30 scanner, Nikon Scan 3.1.2, Windows 2000]

Nikon Scan was working, but then I installed the software to connect a Canon
digital camera.

Now both the TWAIN and stand alone versions of Nikon Scan produce the error
"Nikon Scan was unable to find any active devices". Meanwhile VueScan has no
problems talking to the scanner, so the SCSI connection is OK.

I have uninstalled both the Canon software and Nikon Scan, then reinstalled
Nikon Scan, but the problem persists.

What should I do now? Any hints?

Peter Marquis-Kyle
