I have been using Microsoft Access for all of my organization, from
individual slides, to scans saved to CDs, and all the cross-referencing
in between. I sorta got hooked on it because whenever I change a
little of my workflow and organization - I just make a change to the
database. It is really flexible this way. Thumbnails can be a pain
with it however.
I have the system I have been using summarized on my site
under "Articles."
