If you have a quantifiable method of answering those questions then perhaps
you would be good enough to advise us all on this list because if you have
such an answer you will surely have discovered the croc of gold - image
quality wise(:-)

1. How much do I need?

2. How much can I use?

-  does the current technology fit my needs?
