[filmscanners] Re: Archiving to CD - is there a file size limit ?

No, you can write a file that files the entire CD, if your software lets
you. What kind of difficulty are you having? A single file must be written
in one pass, with no pauses or interruptions, so if anything on the machine
interferes, the file might not get written, and your CD becomes a shiny
coaster. I always shut down other applications and let the CD burner
program run alone in the system when I burn a CD for this reason.

When archiving to CD, is there a limit to the size of a file that can be
written ? Should I be having difficulties with a 140MB file ? I am using
W2K and Easy CD Creator 4.
