If you are serious about calibrating your monitor, Windows 98SE and later
are your choices. With WinNT4, the best you can do is to "characterize"
your monitor with Adobe Gamma. It cannot change your general display
characteristics ("calibrate"), but if you use AG properly (difficult by
eye), its characterization of your monitor does work properly with Photoshop
... that is, when displaying an image in PS, it will compensate for your
monitor's characteristics.
