Stan, select 'Device option type advanced' or 'Device option type
intermediate'. You should then see a checkbox on the Files tab 'save raw file'.
I think you only see the option if you have a scanner connected in 'Device scan
from'. So, if you are scanning from disk you don't get the option of saving a
raw file.
