filmscanners: 1160 clogged nozzle

I have an 1160 with G4 CIS (nomorecarts), and have a problem with streaking
about every 1/32" across the short dimension of the whole print, so I both
cleaned and aligned the heads.  I have run the nozzle cleaner 5 times, and
one magenta nozzle remains clogged.

I still have plenty of ink in the bottles, which are properly installed at
the correct elevation.

I printed an image I had scanned earlier, which was printed with no
streaking, and now it has streaking, so the problem must be the printer, not
my scanner. 

Does anybody have a suggestion?
