iCorrect  by Pictographics ( http://www.picto.com ) does a nice job using
memory colors - neutrals, skin, sky, foliage, or custom.  If you have a
bunch of images requiring the same correction you can save the correction
from one file and batch apply it to the rest.  Not sure if the PC version is
available yet.
