Just received mine today.  Three days door-to-door once in the warehouse.  
Silverfast came with the PC version without request.  Shipped UPS - actually 
drop shipped at the house without signature.

Hope this help.

PS.  Ecost had mispriced it at $649.99 before rebate.  I suspect that they 
have found this by now.
