Check out Extensis Portfolio. Cross platform, all formats,
slideshows, select galleries, etc. You can place Portfolio Viewer on
the CD, if the recipient doesn't have it. The viewer is free. You
need to make a catalog first, place it on the CD with the images
along with a copy of the viewer.
