Subject: filmscanners: OT: Filmscanners Traffic

Please excuse me for being totally off-topic here, but is there unusually
low List traffic? I've logged 28 msgs in 3 days, which is about 20% of the
usual number in a slow period.

The reason I ask is that I've been noticing a lot of really strange Internet
performance in the past couple weeks--messages not coming/going through,
exceptionally slow response, lock-outs and lock-ups...things I never saw a
month ago.

The problems *seem* to be locational (like the multiple-post messages of
last week, or sites being under construction), but on closer inspection they
appear to be global. Is anyone else experiencing problems?

Best regards--LRA
