Excellent msg, albeit relevant to US law. Can we now please draw this copyright 
discussion to a close, before we get onto the Berne Convention, UK and EC law, 
the Chinese approach to copyright, how to sue Nigerian publishers, GPL and 
Stendahl's 'property is theft'...

And if you think it wasn't Stendahl but Voltaire, I don't care.
