Hi Sam,

What exactly are you getting for an error message when starting you 
scanning software? If you have ViewScan installed, is it seeing the 
scanner? The problem I had concerned a Polaroid SprintScan not being 
recognized by Win2K, with a specific set of error messages. Post your error 
messages to see if anyone has the same problem.
