Сабж: http://spectator.io.ua/video_view_2.php?idv=226702
При прокрутке начинает играть с начала.
Файлы брались и закодированые в *nix через qt-faststart и в windows через
datagoround.com/lab/ и с Youtube.
Т.е. есть основания считать, что moov atom а правильном месте.
nginx version: nginx/1.4.2
