General Description
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping bring home missing children and combating child sexual exploitation.
NCMEC seeks a Forensic Imaging Analyst to provide imaging and digital media expertise, guidance and assistance to the Child Victim Identification Program (CVIP). The Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing images, and other media pertaining to unidentified victims of child pornography to assist CVIP and law enforcement in locating and identifying the children.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have earned a Bachelor's degree in graphics/imaging, a minimum three (3) years relative work experience (i.e. imaging, digital editing), project management experience, extensive digital editing and postproduction experience. A thorough understanding and experience with image manipulation, and application of technique and familiarity with PC and Macintosh operations systems is a plus.
