This information was compiled from the saved historical documents by Ernie Hamm and Alex Mankevich and compiled by Matt Johnson. The documents reveal the persons involved and the efforts in creating the IAI’s Science and Practices Subcommittee on Footwear and Tire Track Evidence and the Footwear Certification Board. The documents are organized by the year they were created and in some cases by the best recollection of when they were created.
