[filmscanners] Scanners and digital

Interesting article on www.luminous-landscape.com about a fellow who is
working with his scanner VS digital. Here's the intro:

Though digital camera now rule the roost, there are still a great many
people shooting film, and therefore many people still scanning. This task
can be especially problematic with colour negative films, because with their
orange masks they were never intended for scanning. In his latest article
contributor Mark Segal now provides us with an up-to-date look at the tools
and techniques required, titled From 35mm Colour Negatives to Near Digital
Quality.

Enjoy.
